About Us

We Started This Because We Got Burned.

That’s the honest version.

I didn’t wake up one day and say, “Let’s sell wholesale AI computers!”
This business came out of frustration — trying to scale my own projects, only to run into hardware that looked good on paper but choked the second you ran anything heavier than a benchmark.

Back then, I was working on a few early machine learning workflows — small stuff, nothing flashy — and every build I bought was either overpriced, undercooled, or clearly designed by someone who’d never run an actual model.

Worse? When something went wrong, no one would answer emails. You know that feeling when support says, “We’ll escalate this” and then disappears for three days? Yeah. That happened a lot.

So, eventually, I stopped buying.
And started building.

What Started as a Fix Became a Business

I wasn’t planning to go wholesale. At first, I just built AI desktops and multi-GPU rigs for friends, local labs, and a few colleagues who were tired of burning through cloud credits.

Then I started getting messages from people I didn’t know.

“Can you build me one like that?”
“Could you spec a server that can handle 3090s without overheating?”
“What would it cost to get three of those shipped to the UK?”

I never advertised. People just… showed up. Because there wasn’t anyone doing this right — at least not for buyers without enterprise budgets.

So I said, screw it. Let’s do this for real.

And wholesaleaicomputers.com was born.

We’re Not a Big Team. That’s the Point.

You’re not talking to a call center here. There’s no marketing department, no investor board, no internal politics.

Just a small team of builders, engineers, and deeply nerdy people who genuinely care about hardware that works. We spec everything ourselves. We test it. We ship it.

And we answer your emails — usually too quickly, and sometimes with more detail than you expected.

What We Care About (Even If It’s Not Sexy)

  • Thermals. Because a fast system is worthless if it starts throttling under load.
  • Power integrity. You wouldn’t believe how many “pro builds” we’ve seen running 4090s off junk PSUs.
  • Airflow. Not just fans. Actual planning.
  • Noise levels. Especially for devs working in home offices or shared labs.
  • Transparency. If we don’t have something in stock, we’ll tell you. If your build has a flaw, we’ll flag it.

These are things that matter. Not just to us, but to the people using these systems for real-world work — researchers, developers, resellers, and builders chasing tight deadlines.

We’d Rather Build It Right Than Build It Fast

We don’t compete on hype. We compete on honesty and execution.

If your deadline is impossible, we’ll say so. If your config has a cheaper, more stable option? We’ll show it to you. And if we think you’re about to waste money on something you don’t need, we’ll absolutely push back.

That’s not sales. That’s being a good partner.

We Still Get Excited Every Time We Power One Up

We’ve shipped hundreds of systems. Maybe more. But I still get that buzz when a fresh build boots clean and runs cool on the first pass.

That’s how I know we’re doing the right work.

I don’t ever want this to feel like a commodity business. These systems aren’t just product. They’re infrastructure for people building things that actually move the world forward.

And if we can make that process just a little more human, a little more reliable, and a hell of a lot less frustrating?

That’s worth it.
